Maybe he's making an index with all the stuff that he got from NTAuthority, so that NTA can easilly find stuff whenever he needs it.

2- local stats (even if it's just dumped from the online server, to be used on LAN parties)

Agreed. I like TeknoMW3 but it has no bot support and the server browser is a bit stupid and there are too many cheaters because there's no ACI. 4D1 FTW!
