I hope for someone to make something of my work. There are two spawn points for it, Axis and Allies it runs on Team Deathmatch only. Please, if you use my files give me the credit, I spent quiet a big chunk of time converting it that's all that I asked of you if you decide to use the map. I also provide the original .d3dbsp.ents so you can fix the missing things if you want.

Reminder: This isn't a multiplayer map that you will be playing on, seeing as it's not set up for real gameplay.

Someone didn't listen again. It's for anyone who is willing to MAKE it into a working map that is ACTUALLY set up for Multiplayer, I just made it WORK in the Multiplayer engine...

 

It was either I leave my work to sit and rot on my disk drive or release the work and let someone else make something out of it.

Haha I see what you did there.

Anyways good job on porting the map over, hopefully someone will pick it up and fix things. :)

well cleaning the entities and adding the mp stuff isn't really hard.

i've already done this for every map, i could release it if somebody wants it.

didn't do it though as of now because of little kiddies complaining about stuff not working.

i don't get the point of this thread neither of bodyguard's threads for creating maps where no killstreaks at all are working or the entities are completely cleaned, just because he knows how to add 2 spawns.

How do you get the minimap working, can you post the specific code to do so and what file it belongs in so I can fix it for my map that is on favela_escape?

in the original d3bsp.ents file of your new map search for the two entities called 'minimap_corner' (or something like that) and copy them to your custom d3bsp.ents file! :)

 

For favela escape it's:

I could help with objectives or spawns if you'd like.

Will hit up Rendflex tomorrow to see what goes on.. also how did you keep the elevators? We, well Rendflex had to remove the elevators and a lot of the pipes that wire through the map for explosives -nades- to show.
