Level hackers are cancer, some people use IW4M only to be able to lvl hack and get the gears they can't unlock by spending the time it should have deserved to unlock it and we end up with non-sense shit all around with kiddos having supa awesome titles and playing like shit and everybody being level 70 with fucking high prestige, I mean what's the point ?

 

If the game have a stat feature that's not so we can fuck this up like we don't give a shit, it's made so we can show off with our titles and camos like hell when we unlocked them

 

So staff, thank you for this, I just could not stand all the lvl hackers all around in IW4M anymore and I'm glad you decided to stop this in IW5M.

I think everyone should start with level 80 max prestige, why?

So that everyone is at an equal level and can have a fair fight and also enjoy the full experience of the game.

Think like this,

There are players who'll immerse themselves in the game, going from 0-80 isn't a problem for them..But a lot of people, like me play only on weekends which I doubt will reach level 80 in a year. Thus it will be a major pain for them to go against players of higher ranks and skill.

Talking about skill, it is not determined by your rank but the way you perform in a particular match

 

But still, there are people who like to accept the challenge and would like to start from the beginning, let it be.

Make two options

> Either to play with a 100% completion profile.

> Or to start from level 1.

 

And whats does it matter if a guy uses level hack? If he's a noob, he'll still be a noob no matter at what level, let him be .

I judge a person by not his rank, but his performance in the current session.

Wouldn't this game increase in popularity and players if stat import is allowed? i doubt anyone who wants to play on IW5M would want to level up again from 1-80, especially those that have gone to a high prestige legitimately.

I'm happy that level hacking is not allowed. The system is meant to reward those who devote their time to the game by giving them unlocks and such. Its a good system and should be kept to ensure that players get what they deserve. Many people level hack on the first day and then use the tough titles, therefore rendering the entire "titles and emblems" feature useless. Same goes for the weapon leveling, camo, killstreaks and so on. Playing with a level hack is like disabling all the progress in the game and just shooting everything that moves for whatever time period.

To be honest, having a leveling up system like in CoD, it's shit.

It was good in CoD4, but I just can't handle the way the newer ones with the prestige shit.

Also, NTAuthority afaik made it so that you have all classes on first prestige, meaning you don't need to prestige to get all classes.

There isn't any huge difference, as tekno and steam version are not the trusted source of gaming stats, both can be easily hacked to have instant full level and prestige.

You don't get it, do you? I'm not afraid IW5M will overwrite my stats, but getting to that level legit, with all prestiges and multiple golden weapons is hard, and I don't want to do that again.

I am also very glad level hacking is not allowed.

This way, less people will be running around with the MP7, GL akimbo, etc.

My opinion is that if someone can prove they actually have the claimed stats in Tekno or Steam then they should be allowed to import the said stats. Be realistic and use your brain. If someone claims they have 15 prestiges and you check their Steam and they have about 1 day played isn't realistic. For 15 prestiges it should take you at least 15 days (I think) to get there.

i agree with the earlier post , i think everyone should have the choice to start at level 1 or start at level 80 .

1 . im not your bro .

2 . if theres gonna be an ingame console and mods then why not have the option to start at level 80 for people who dont play alot . it makes more sense and for people who can obviously reach 1st prestige in one day there could be the option to start at level 1 . its fair for everybody . and no , if you choose to become level 80 you dont get all perks pro and all camos and attachments . you just get all of the guns .

No, you can't (this is a stickied topic, by the way).

 

 

If some Import/Export feature is not there, then it will be hell for anyone who has already played on Steam or Tekno (for 9 or 5 months resply) and gained higher prestiges, (to start from Level 1).

 

Leveling up Prestiges or EARNING Callsigns, Emblems is a one time charm, no one would be willing to do the same again. (Leaving new comers aside, who haven't played MW3 as such)

Oh, so it only takes 625 kills with a gun to unlock the 2500 kills title for it? And it only takes 250 headshots to get the 1000 HS title? Only 250 kills with a sentry instead of 1000 for the title?

That's a bit more reasonable. Unless, of course, that's not the case.

 

The x4 scaling for everything is nice (gold is 22.45K XP instead of 89.8K; next prestige is at level 45 compared to Steam MW3), but challenges are still a pain to do over; if one has put in the time and effort to do them.

 

It would be nice if there was verification for the particularly time-consuming challenge titles/emblems, at any rate (like 2500 kills/1000 HS with, well, any gun).

I rankhacked on aIW for the sole purpose of having 5 extra classes.

To me, leveling up is just a means to know weapons and perks and the features of the game. If a player is good and enough experienced, then he's just good, he doesn't really need to spend the whole time playing the game to unlock what he needs. Also a kid with an AK-47 in hand is no better than a kid with a pistol in hand. It's just a matter of being a good player or not. Good players do good all the time, but level hacking makes them act better; while for a noob there is no difference between a submachine or an assault rifle.

I leveled up to 70 in MW2, and then level hacked just to check the varieties in the game.

I think that level hacking doesn't hurt anyone. MW3 is probably most hacked game ever. I've prestiged 5 times on steam, and I did it only to get extra custom classes, if I had any hack I would have used it. And believe me, there are so many cheaters in MW games because prestige/leveling/weapons and such (you need 500+ kills for most guns to unlock LVL31 for example (avarage player kills per game was about 10 per avarage player on steam, here servers vary, so it is more than 50 games). And then again, you are not in that much of disadvantage if you are LVL1 and fighting someone LVL80, you both have guns.

My point, hacks that should be banned are wallhacks, aimbots and similar, because who gives a damn how you leveled up, not everyone have time to play games 5h/per day.
