Hi guys i just have a little problem when i launch IW4M.exe... I launch it and the game appears normally but 3 or 4 secondes after starting, a black screen comes and i have to shut down the game... There's an error message which says : "Could not load image 'preview_mp_compact'. If this image name starts with 'preview_mp_' you might be missing iw_22.iwd/iw_23.iwd. Read the relevant FAQ entry on fourdeltaone.net/#/support " Help plz. PS : I'm using windows seven 64 bits with a gamer computer... :? and i've tried to re-install IW4M, but it doesn't work...

Hello! This is the first time I'm plating MW2 on PC, so I'm a total noob. I downloaded the game,then I installed iw4mp and when I run it, it stays in the menu for like 10 seconds(it isn't freezed, it works) and then the screen goes all black and I get the error attached. Hope you guys can help me! Oh and, I forgot to mention, I do not miss iw_22.iwd nor iw_23.iwd.

first (1 month ago) i could join a server with just a bit long waiting time by waiting for other players but okay thats not super annoying but now when i join a server i can't even connect i get Awaiting Connection (1,2,3,4.....16) and then i got Server connection timed out... i tried everything that i could find but nothing helped i re-installed the client often but nothing did help so i hope you can help me

Would anyone mind uploading me their code_post_gfx_mp.ff file? Mine's missing after getting Black_Box MW2 . I realize it's not Steam so I can't trust it - but it had good comments. If anyone would be kind enough to upload it, that'd be great. Thank you

so, I joined iQs isnipe Server(91.236.239.118:28971) yesterday and i saw a cool thing.... it was the map Rust and i saw "iQs isnipe server" stuck IN the map! it was like flying in the air? same with Repz isnipe server.. how do you get this in the mod? thx everyone for reading this!

They were really in a hurry. There is some more hidden menu stuff in ui_mp.ff.

Hello guys, I have a problem and I got bored from trying to fix it, so the problem is: when I want to connect to a server first it shows (awaiting connection...1,2,3) after that it shows I have tried restart the game - restart internet - restart PC - deleted cfg - re-install the game - re-download the game.....SO PLEASE HELP ME ? /warned for title with all caps..

i'm newbie, sorry if i post in wrong topic area, i have dual core 2.6 2gb of ram ddr2, ati 6570 128 bit gddr3 win 8 pro x86 i can set max graphic(all effect are on) on single player with very high fps , but when i am play on this server, i must off all the effects, if not, i 've got "ran out of memory" error. when i set low texture(more than 600mb ram), medium(more than 800), and high(more than 1gb), how do i solve this problem

Thank you for the update and Nuketown. Your hard work is deeply appreciated. Seems the mic issue still doesn't work as it did. A key is bound for voice chat, the speaker icon appears in-game but no voice of another player is heard when they speak. The level bar in options/voice does not show anything. Normally you will see the mic level on the level indicator bar. Our mics all work fine, we use them is CoD4 without a problem. Will this issue ever be fixed? We tried a few work arounds in the past with no success.

Every time I exit Mw2 and go into my browser and try and access any site this occurs. [only occurs on mw2]
