I try to join a server and it takes forever to load and then freezes on "Awaiting Game State" for every server i try to join. Anyone got a fix?

Hey guys! I noticed a lot of posts recently regarding directx errors like "DirectX encountered a problem" I had this error myself and I managed to fix this. Plus, after the recent update my game would not minimize and maximize fast. Believe it or not, its easy to fix it! So heres how: 1. In your start menu, search DxDiag. 2. Once it opens, on the system tab, look for your DrectX version. 3. For most people, it will say DirectX 9. But for some pro people like me it says DirectX 11. 4. If it says Directx 11, go to your LaunchIW4M shortcut and add '-d3d11' to your location. Most of the admins here suggested adding -d3d9, but it doesnt work for Directx 11 use…

Some general errors: 1. No-ammo bug - wait until the server owners update their server. 2. Floating guns around you - re-update your game. (your team_**.ff files are outdated, deleting any files regarding nuketown from your gamefolder/zone/dlc(english, alter) and your IW4M/zone/dlc will work.(mp_nuked.ff, mp_nuked_load.ff, mp_nuked_shaders.ff and any team_*.ff file), then also delete 'caches.xml' 3. If you get a 'trust chain error' - Try updating your 'root certificate'. Like so; clicky. 4. If you get huge FPS drops, then start your game with '-penis' parameters then wait for a new update 5. mp_nuked_shaders.ff - copying the files/file from %localappdata%/IW4M/zone/…

Hi all! I installed my friend IW4M and when the installation is complete I can't find the shortcut anywhere. Tried even searching "play" and "IW4M" Even searching from: C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\AppData\Local\IW4M It just says directory doesn't excist. Tried re-installing like 9000 times and yes I installed under admin account. His normal mw2 works fine. Any help :/??

hi, just one question. my single player game stopped working (error) after installing nuketown dlc for iw4m. it works only when i remove "iw_china_00.iwd" file from "main" folder from game directory. multiplayer works fine. is there any solution?

Can anyone help me with creating a basic popup menu with 2-3 buttons that can be exec from the main menu?

When starting a mod in IW4M, I get ^the error. Question: do my /mods/*folder-names* need to be exactly the same as the *file-name*.iwd's are in the *folder-names*? So do I need to have every mod like this: > /mods/isnipe slowmo/isnipe_slowmo.iwd So, doesn the folder-name really have to be like .iwd-file is inside it. I can't write in any other way than this??? (*mod-folder-name* = *mod.iwd*) I still keep getting this error, no matter what I do! Okay So here's the basic problem. Some servers are not seen in my server lists. I can see many other, but some servers are seen and not sen time to time. I've tried reinstalling, rebooting, and many other things, but i can't get it to work. Help <3

i hav this problem when i tried to instal iw4m in folder of game i downloaded it blackbox repack version so if there missing files can any one upload them cuz i cant download it again reloaded version my network speed 256kps only

Well me and my freinds are trying to get in a Private Match so we can play alone and the thing is i start the game i get connected but by my freind it says awaiting conection... and then Ticket Verefication Failed , Pls redownload the IW4M client ?? what should i do ? i tryed to make dedicated server also but i make it it says its online but we cant find it in serverbrowser , the thing is idk how to portforward i watched tutorials but its comlicated by me idk why ? pls someone help me to get thing right so we can play private with my freinds!

I decided today to have a flash back and play mw2. Well my client I had was from alter so I assume it was way outdated, I went to this forum got the download patch. Installed it and attempted to play. It doesn't work. Does this not work anymore? I have went through my account settings here and changed my password for the forum, which I assume is the same used for the login for the game. I know I have the correct password.
