IW4M

Hello I just wanted to ask What does the abreviation IW4M mean ?

So I have a legit copy of MW2 on Steam, but I was banned for using mod tools a year or so back. My question is can I use this client on a banned account? I still bought it, so I'm guessing the answer is yes, but I was just curious.

So there was some prior work on getting IW4M2 to work on OSX using the cider wrapper. Just wondering if anyone knows whether the steam authorization will break the ability to use MW2 on OSX?

Hey guys, I would like to port my own map, with some friends.. but, i read somewhere that you need the mw2-aiw-mod-tools. Though, i don't have got access to it.. 403 error :C Is there any possibility? (over GSC or something)

So, since you are making maps for MP by taking them from Spec Ops, will you be able to create maps by yourself? A nice one would be one themed school. Broken walls, windows, you can get on roof, basically a conquered kind of School. Or could you try and take either CoD4 maps or maybe even MW3 maps?

This topic is intended to people who have a certain skill in mapping I'd like to know if the hidden weapons you can randomly find in the fastfiles you're editing can be put on the ground of the map at some hidden place, it could be really fun to do so, like i'm playing Contingency and Suddenly I find an AOCG Augh. If it's possible I'd suggest the mappers to do so, this would make the new maps even funnier to play

I do know that it's kind of early to ask for future plans, but what will you implant in the game, friend list, console, new maps, new gui?

We should have a vote of all the maps from singleplayer that people want but are not already in the m2, and then pick top 50% and vote again and then pick top 5

So this means, that we aren't going to be able to play MW2 without the legit copy of the game? Someone explains that to me please? Thank you.

Im just wondering if u guys will use some code from AlterIW to make the dedicated servers and stuff, because there are many dedicated server owners that probably will go mad if they need to make new servers. But i really like that u guys start and make this legal. Keep on the good work.
