I get this error: Weapon index mismatch for 'destructible_car'

My son is almost 10 years old. He's still learning how to play an FPS, ie: Where to put his hands, how to move the mouse, etc. Recently I've been setting up private matches with him and we just use the connect command in the console so we can play 1v1. Here's my question - if I were to find a wallhack and put it on his computer so he could get a little better, is that something that the anti cheat will find - a wallhack in a private match? He doesn't play online. Last time he tried, he got frustrated because everyone killed him.

Like the title says, game freezes when I start a private match, nothing to do except end the process.

I asked on IRC, and was told to post about it here. Basically, I start iw4m.exe, login and shortly after I see the menu the game crashes. Also, I cannot see the error that it gives me with the alt-tab method so I don't know if I can give coded details. But if anyone has an idea on how to fix this, I'd appreciate it.

Hey guys! Yesterday I patched 4D1 to r88. I played on some normal IW4M servers, everything worked fine. But then I connected an aRev server and my stats got resetted (level 1 and all that stuff). After that I restarted IW4M, just to be sure that they are really gone. And they are gone. Is there any way to get them back?!

All I want is in the topic. how can i make private match with my friends using hamachi?

Hello guys i am old player from alteriw and i would like to get some help for this problem, Every time i open iw4m i get fatal error steam must be running to play this game i downloaded the updater today but same problem, should i run steam to play it? i looked for solution on forum but couldn't find any so i will be very happy if some one helped me to fix this problem and thanks NTA for bringing mw2 back the best game of all call of duty series.

So, when I type demo NAME on the console, it loads the map but the game just freezes, I can listen to the jet engine sound (I recorded the demo on Terminal) but bothing else, it's just like I got lag. The name of the team doesn't load either, it just apears a few numbers or russian letters (I was playing on the spestaz team) I used the latest updated provided by NTA

i did " /devmap mp_rust;disconnect; demo demo0010 " without the quotes and none of my binds work . when i type anything in the console it works, but the binds dont work for some reason .... can someone help me ?

I've noticed that since the Create-a-class menu was moved to the main menu, it allows for people under LVL5 (at least that's what I think it is) to be able to access it, when they shouldn't. Just a thought.

hi all i have poroblem with rank in the first time i play the rank was good my old rank and when i start to play the second time my rank reset to lvl 1 how can i change back to my rank??

hey guys, always when i enter a server, the loading screen starts, but then it just freezes... after like 5 sec i get this error: does anybody here know what to do ?? and if there were any posts about this, then pls post the link, because i did not found anything ! /edit i have r82! i have deleted everything the tutorial said and ofcourse extracted everything in my mw2 folder ! btw i was able to play one game and after i closed the game and opened it again this error poped up 4 the 100000 time .... since then i wasnt able to play again ..

Well as the title explains... I tried to use LCEffects for IW4M (originally for cod4) but there's no "/viewpos" command. I would like to know the similar command but then for IW4M. any help appreciated

hey guys uuh i been playing both 4d1 and alterrev for a few days - but my 4d1 version has controls delay or something - the controls lag when used: turning and aiming becomes impaired i looked around and a couple of threads said something about the physx and the drivers, and reinstall the game and bla-bla, yet my problem persists. never happened with the alterrev client, or any other game for that matter, i get really high FPS all the time on any given game, except the 4d1 client. stuck on like 30fps. and for the record, i do think 4d1 is the better community, but the anti-cheat as you advertise it isn't really all that and the game has generally random lags, whi…
