I've been thinking about a little something I might do in the near future (not including geological eras). It's basically a forum, (I'll probably just use phpBB, for now), in which users can create/request their own forum. The way it would work is that a user would create a topic in the Requests forum, explaining his idea, what would be in it etc. The other users then vote on whether this forum should be made or not. If the vote passes, the forum is made and the requesting user is the full moderator of that forum. The forum will stay as long as there is enough activity on it. Ideally, this would create a relatively fast flow of forums, but that would only happen with a …

I am using a HP Pavilion g6 laptop with i3 processor, 4gb ram and windows 7. It has dual graphics - intel hd graphics and amd radeon 6470 hd. Since this morning my computer has been doing weird things. In the morning it started heating up quite a lot, and there was a burning smell coming out of it. So i turned it off for 2 hrs. When I opened it again it worked fine for 1 hour and then action center windows popped up telling me that my AVG software was turned off. When I tried to turn my AVG software on, it said I did not had administrator privileges and uac. But i do. So I restarted my computer and now my AVG is turned on. What is going on with my computer?
