Bought Corsair Vengeance Blue, 2133mHz.

Incoming bluescreens...

manually adjust the memory frequency on the bios, to the maximum that your cpu supports

If you leave it set to "auto" you'll probably experience some random bluescreens (quite common in sandy and ivy-bridge series CPUs)

 

And yes, Corsair seems like a good brand. All Corsair gear is behaving quite well on my computers (got a bunch of their RAM and an SDD)

This is i5 750, so not Sandy, nor Ivy bridge. That's the max my MoBo supports, hopefully I'll ne able to run it flawlessly.

Pay atention to it anyway, since although not Sandy or Ivy, it also has built-in memory controller.

Unlike the 775 series chipsets where you could update the bios to improve memory compatibility, ever since the memory controller started being put into the processor instead of the chipset, you now can't update the memory controller.

If you get random bluesceens, set the memory frequency to 1333MHz on the bios (since it's the maximum frequency that processor supports)
