I think that's because your game is a different version from the servers game version.

Ah, probably.

 

Favorite button doesnt even work (for me anyways) and when I undone the raw updates seemed to fix the ammo glitch.

    No it's because you have the updated M9 weapon file... just replace the pc_unranked_menu or something like that which was changed on 109
