anything is copyrighted unless placed in the public domain, which even in the US is not necessarily a fully correct legal standpoint unless other cases (expiration of copyright, US governmental work, ...) mandate such release. a CC license (apart from the CC0 license) still doesn't imply 'do whatever you want with it'.

Well, Polish gaming TV channel has a program with montages/replays/screenshots sent by viewers. You can't add any 'normal' song to the visual content except soundtrack of game you are playing. So, mw2 clip-mw2 soundtrack. They don't seem to have any problems

Well, I guess when we(or rather the guys doing the YT stuff) upload community vids now, I could also start with it. Well, I still had to prepare a trailer/promo first, that bigger clans for example upload.

I will try to speak to some guys in Fallen to get some clips for the trailer.
