Well, sick job, but in my opinion some one should work at thing responsible for the way how it feels when you use m40a3, i mean, the way it moves, zoom in etc, its weird, i know its not IW3, but its really weird.

it has no movement sway like in iw4sp, the m40a3 is from sp anyway so it has no sway but can be fixed

It is finished more or less, NTA got sidetracked with this IW4 Tools thing, although this sidetrack is pretty cool, it looks like he's pretty much figured out how to add custom weapons, there's a thread of him with an MP40 in IW4.

Even if that is the case, it was ported from WaW, (or COD4 they're both on the IW3 engine) meaning that you could make custom guns using IW3 mod tools and port them, so yeah custom guns, anything goes by the looks of it.
