Welcome to fourDeltaOne, also referenceable as 4D1 or 1233. This site mainly exists to provide a home for projects such as GBH2 and IW4M, and obviously to provide a community to you people as well.

 

You may ask 'why create yet another community, when there's the fine community at some IP address nobody can remember already?'. Well, I can't really answer that. Actually, I can, but the answer would not make much sense.

 

I'm not looking to provoke a war between the two communities (and the few IW4M v1 spin-off projects as well), and I'm open to any suggestions from third-party community administration regarding how we can make things work out better.

First, get rid of the unnecessary fat. Announce that you're cutting ties with everything you used to do that you stopped.

Second, somehow solidify the community. Make this the foundation of it all, and slowly start working on things that will actually keep people interested in FD1.

Last but not least, find a way to branch the hell out. This won't grow on its own. Start a YT channel or something, get involved in the wider market, attract the common peasants.

Most of you are going to react to this in a style of YOU DON'T SAY, but you'd be surprised how many people get stuck up in what they already have and fall apart under their already low weight.
