It shouldn't be used as IWD, it should be extracted manually - the .zip-ness is just to clarify this.

Could you try profiling using Dependency Walker?

Extracted to the raw folder, right?

Follow the tutorial in the link below to do it right, just replace raw.iwd with raw.zip.

If that dosen't work, use Google Chrome.

STOP STOP STOP... I got this EXACT SAME ERROR. HERE IS HOW TO FIX...

1) Delete iw4m.exe, libnp.dll, iw4m.dll, and your raw folder.

2) Re install IW4M again and make sure raw is extracted.

3) Profit.

Right, Windows' way worked. Decided to try that first, and voila. No idea what could be different, since I had the exact files in there before, but whatever.

I have set Winrar as standard program for opening .iwd's, so that shouldn't be the problem btw.
