Iduno. I mean, I'm not even sure if I need to pay for the map packs. But I'd willingly pay 60 bucks for the game and donate the change to the team here, as I was part of it and would give the proceeds to the project.

In legit version you need to pay for legit dlc's or you can play in custom maps, as I seen is going to be a ton of them soon and that is a good thing.

The same thing would happen again, since the maps are under the same constrains as the game itself, it would be only wise to add checking for them too.

So i have a question to NTA.

 

Since this requires the original copy of MW2 (which i have), do i need to install it or log into my MW2 account?

Because ive hosted mods and got banned for that and created a new account for MW3 and so on.

 

Do you need to have the original copy installed?

Do you need to be logged in your original copy account?

 

Or does it just check the computer files if i have/had the game original?

Talking about steam's version of MW2, i pretty much have the same "0/0 players" problem which can be worked around if you go into a private match for a few minutes and then try. It will however still show the "0/0" but will find matches, but its not 100% guaranteed to work.
