I've followed the guide and connected to the server from my PC. I have opened the port 28960 and set net_port to 28960. But when I test the port with PFPortChecker it says it's not open... :/

how? i tried some techniques i searched on google but still they wont appear on the serverlist.

and btw, how do I use commands like assign myself to be an admin or kick players in case of hacking?

When i put server updator to the mw2 folder(steamapps) it updated but after making shortcut with stuff like

+set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28961 +exec server.cfg +map mp_rust +map_rotate -dedicated and staring it I had a window, which said that i should start steam software! wattafak?

BTW i added to the mw2 main folder directory my old aiwnet files like iw25 and 65, server config.

Delete iw_24, iw_25, and any other OLD aIW files that you might have. (includes z_ordinary.iwd from m2demo)

Well something I just learned I thought you put the commands in the space after ".exe" which you weren't supposed to do.. solved all my errors
