Download the mod into the mod folder of the server. Then set as launch parameter: "fs_game mods/isnipe" the "isnipe" should be exactly the same as the name of the folder which you downloaded before.

I just wanted to make a server but something really weirds is happening.

My parameters are like: LaunchIW4M.exe" -dedicated +set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28960 +exec server.cfg +map mp_rust +map_rotate -console but when I start the server its shown into the serverlist but u cant connect to it. Then I checked the online serverlist and I see the port has been changed. When I use the ip+new port I can connect to it. Anyone knows why it is changing port number all the time?

Try setting the port to 28961

what are the map names for the new maps like oilrig, gulag and burgertown?

and vip get skipped,

I am not trying to join/play on the same PC its a vps. It just changes the port number without reason.

Try changing the port to somewhere around 28965 and mess with the port

Make sure you reboot the VPS before doing so to be extra sure there are no other servers running but are hidden

that shouldn't happen but stranger things have happened

It isnt that bad that is changing the port but u cant connect to it with the serverlist thats the prob.

Nope, no mods, nothing special.

Setting it to a lot of xp?

I've never heard of this issue before
