You can change the parameters at the properties of the shortcut of the server. And the map rotation is located at the bottom of the server config.

Okay it all works now, it was my port forwarding problem.

Hmmm... Yes it is. Funny though how I used +console and it works for me...

(lol. I edited your post with my response instead of quoting it. FAIL.)

I made a copy of IW4MP and set the parameters as " +set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28961 +exec server.cfg +-dedicated -console" no matter what i do, I put the 2 files in the modern warfare 2 directory, then i did the config file, then i run it and thats what happens. everything else is right. im port forwarded and all. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

OK, Now i have it working, but the problem is XP isnt enabled on my server. and i dont know how, anyone know how?

It's a dvar (put it in your config)
