Nope, no mods, nothing special.

Setting it to a lot of xp?

Nope, no extra xp either, I took out all GTNW and VIP from the rotation

and its running fine now, so far.

 

Ho yeah, I forgot to tell, server's name is TAC||KicksPitOfNuts||HC MoshPit

or connect 209.104.100.111:28961

 

I'd also like to know, is there a maximum number of differents match

(I mean, all differents gametype+map, never twice the same in the list)

that we can put in rotation in the server.cfg ?

Ive got the server up and running the console boots up and everything runs smoothly. The ports are forwarded, the firewalls are off but I still can't see the server in the server list. I can connect to it via a local IP and external IP but still no luck with the listing! Please help :twisted:

try setting the legacy filter to all

Yes there is... my server crashed when i had too many maps + gamemodes in the rotation.

I've had every single map in the rotation before and that's never happened to me

Guess there must be a limit, no idea what it is or how to trigger it

I copied my game folder, renamed it "Modern Wafare 2 Server" and installed the server by using the iw4m_updater.exe (download in first post, too). I created server.cfg in main-folder, added parameters to shortcut, but server start every time without server.cfg :(

 

Does anyone know a solution?

EDIT: Here are the console_mp file Errors that i found:

[      3313] Error: Waited 2675 msec for missing asset "autoexec.cfg", of type "rawfile".
[      3313] Error: couldn't exec autoexec.cfg
[      3323] Error: couldn't exec server.cfg

 

So i guess for some reason it doesnt read my server.cfg file... Any idea why is this happening guys?

Thnx for the really fast replay. I did what you said and i still had the problem. But then i noticed that the log from the console is stored in my m2demo file, where i didnt even put any files, so i copied the server.cfg file there and now everything works!

the name of the file is "server.cfg" - the file type is "CFG-file", so it's not a txt-file or something like that. Don't know what is wrong :( How do you edit the .cfg-file? I use Notepad++, but I don't think Notepad++ is the problem... Do you know any other solution?

You can open and edit a cfg file with notepad as well, you can open it with every text editor...

So far I got these,

 

When a GTNW start, this append :

And after 35 match ( all differents gametype + map combinaisons )

the server just shut down, didnt find any related-to-this error message in the logs.
