No, but the usage is slightly different.

 

i) Every day I see idiots on the internet. << indicating a daily occurrence.

ii) Seeing idiots on the internet is an everyday thing. << indicates a commonplace/normal occurrence.

 

But nowadays, it seems that everyday as one word is used for both, though incorrectly.
