This mod will turn all maps to night and make you able to toggle lasers and night-vision I want to see if the community wants something like this and you can also make suggestions down below on what things should be added to the mod cause I want to add more than this but idk what?

The poll will run for 1 week starting August 7 and I will see if you want me to do this mod.

 

Features

- Night Time for all maps customized for each map

- Able to toggle laser

- Able to toggle night-vision

- Able to enable and disable features by setting Dvar's [Paulofonta]

- ?[What Else]

If you want my advice, put each feature on a separate gsc, if you can.

So that dedicated server hosts may choose each features they want to use (by removing unwanted features gsc files).

Like... I think it would be nice to have a regular server running 24/7 with night environment. But having lasers and night vision as a regular basis seems too much modification for a 24/7 server regular user.

Pretty sure you can also change the Skyboxes to a nightish theme. NTA had given me tools before.

Also I would like to see.

Ok I could do it with Dvars but if you remove a .gsc and a function is called to that .gsc then the game will give an error so I cannot do it. But as I said I can do it by setting Dvar's

Well, you'll certainly know the best way to do it. If you can include dvars for it, ok.

Maybe those dvars could come at the begining of some gsc, so that server hosts could configure a preset for a server to launch.

I tryed to set up a server like this once but it didnt work online. I set rust on night time and it looked quite nice i simply adjusted the brightness and contrast a bit.

 

But I think if you can also manage to change the skyboxes that will make them better quality.

Imagine Derail with snowy blizzard and dusk time that would be awesome

There is no svn for this... I can easily do this. Will try tomorrow or later on.
