Every time i try to join a server with a custom map e.g. nuketown it goes to loading screen for a second, and then crashes and i cant see the console becouse of a black part of screen on it. What can i do to solve this?

I got this weirdest error/ bug/ something else today playing IW4M. When Im at some servers, I have this NO AMMO txt on my screen, my gun shows me no ammo at all, but I can still keep shooting an reloading normally. Can anybody help me with this? I delete(shift+del) all the files in %localappdata%>IW4M>zone>dlc by mistake,how can i get those file back?

When ppl play mw2 on internet . my lan suffers lagg . Like, if i ping from 1 computer to another , i get random pings from 1 - 2000ms . Mostly ping is 1 ms , but at random intervels it will jump to ping beyond 1000ms . I strongly think that it has something to do with mw2 while playing on internet.All computers are clean from viruses and i have checked all lan connectors . IF anyone has a clue about my problem please help.
