i am using BitTorrent (the same as uTorrent) Alright then, i really need a solution to this I've added a torrent 4 days ago but my speed didn't even start as the maximum speed so i tried to follow some guides but it's download speed became unstable (goes to a higher speed then gets back to low speed) I couldn't find another solution for this as i Reset its settings any help ?
