random fact: lately I play random music to keep myself from completely breaking down (crying, 'fallback state', breaking objects or the remote possibility of suicide attempts)

 

wonder why I still have some expectation things will ever wind up properly

 

as they won't.

Get away from your goddamn PC. Go out, walking, get your thoughts in order (no 'pun' intended) and maybe in a couple of days (weeks, maybe, looking at his state right now), you'll feel a lot better.

I moved, no more exploration of that area. Not that I would have been able to, my endurance reduced to none since the first facility placement.

 

Stay away from your PC the next few days.

again no real alternatives exist except for sleep, and that ruins my stability even more.

Then you need to rebuild that endurance. How? Go walking.

Seriously, this is for your own good. I assume you do want to do something else besides sitting on the pc. But you refuse to do so claiming to have no alternatives. Well, then find some. There are some. Even it its just blatant thinks like hiking or such.

Or maybe you've just not tried the (or looked at) alternatives. Bicycling, walking, drawing, going to the gym and even cleaning are a fine alternatives.

What the hell? You should visit a shrink, seriously.. there's something going on that you can't fix by yourself.

Ask your parents for money, if it's needed. I'm sure they will care more about their son then about cash, hell, start saving up and sell some old stuff of yours. It's a matter of priorities; what is more important, gaming, or whatever you spend your cash on, or some good help? You need it, so you should have it.

It's a matter of priorities; what is more important, gaming, or whatever you spend your cash on

'having something to do during the day' is quite important, yes

Force yourself to go out walking. Just do it. Anything that keeps you for a few days away from the PC.

and that comes back to my other point, there's no subconscious interest in that, and it's actually boring as fuck

Well, then what it is your sunconscious interest?

 

Also, you dont neccessarily need that interest. What you need is distraction and relaxation.

Well if sleeping reduces stability you could do something like doing some sort of physical activity..go to a gym,learn to swim,Download a good movie/series and watch it...

 

Honestly (Since im a medical Student) Sleeping is required;if you are unable to get a good no. of hours your mental state will start changing,

problem is I sleep too much!

Then try maintain 8 hours a day and use a alarm to wake you up of necessary,gradually intime your brain will get use to maintaining 8 hours; Also dont do stuff whoch tire you so much,if you do you will end up sleeping even more..

do have nothing to do for most of the day, as for a majority of usual daytime irc/forums are inactive, and no other activities I have available interest me

not creative at all sadly. also my mindset/development has been too fixated on coding that there isn't much else I can adjust myself to.
