  - removal of old 'steam must be running' workaround

Nope. aIW was shutdown because of our continuation with MW3 and BOPS.

Activision doesen't own mw2, infinity ward and activision broke up with the friend ship long time ago.

Removal of the steamcheck means there will be more cheaters because people buy a game to cheat much less frequent than to play it fair. Because apparently aCI doesnt stop every single cheater since I was just playing with one.

Guys, the Steam check removal was a hoax, it was BROKEN for this revision. It's been put back in.
