You raise a good point, but what do IW and Activision have to gain on a 3-4 year old game's DLC? No one ever buys it anymore, and I think people would be smart enough not to spend $30 for the DLC when the game itself is $20.

I don't see why they care so much for almost 4 year old game that's generally broken. I don't see you going after others COD4, WaW, MW3 private hack servers. have fun knocking off the aiw clones. they all over the place now days.. I think what Actisivion is trying to say is that they don't want you to make another master server to emulate gameplay - otherways they wouldn't send you that email.

 

At least send a message informing them about the actual situation and ask if everything is ok with your project.
