well I have INF server with Killstreaks but on 8kills you get all special Killstreaks... how I can remove that because I dont want to have blastshield....

On the dsr, look on lines 33 and 76. You can disable blastshield as perk or as killstreak reward.

its on "0" but I still have it

You have to activate the restriction

Wich means that it will be restricted if you put "1" instead of "0"

Private slots being messed in IW5M is a known bug.

There's nothing you can do for now unless waiting. And as you should figure, the development has other priorities first.

What IPs i have to write in Public and rcon ip ? please explain and how to get the ips ?

Rcon IP will be the LAN IP. You obtain it by opening the command prompt and typing "ipconfig" command. It's the "IPv4 address" (you should know that IP, since you were supposed to have forward ports by now)

Nevermind about the public IP. You can just put the local IP in there aswell.

Why isnt mp_terminal_cls added into the Tutorial Map names?

To start, of course, an IW5M dedicated server (I hope you checked this tutorial already)
A webserver (IIS, apache, etc will do it. Tested with IIS 7.5)
MySQL Server - http://www.mysql.com/downloads/ (tested with MySQL Server 5.5)
PHP - http://www.php.net/
PhpMyAdmin - http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/downloads.php

Yes, you can use wamp. It's much easier to install, but much more complicated to fix problems on it, if something happens.

I prefer wamp because i use it on local host for web sites test (html,css scripts and for other things)

If you're already familiar with wamp, you can keep using it.

But if you're new to webservers, IIS graphic user interface and separate requirement installation would be a better bet.

Now that you got everything above running, it's time to create your database. Login on PhpMyAdmin, create the database and import the sql template that you can find inside b3\sql on the b3 package.

My server just doesn't show up on the serverlist. I have forwarded all the ports and my friends are able to connect to the server with my public IP and port 27015 via console.

You can see my dedicated server console below:

 

And there are my shortcut parameters:

Its definitely a issue with portforwarding or might be your Router Firewall or Windows Firewall which are blocking your ports
