Meh just thought of writing up a thread in here to make a "wishlist" for IW4Mx.

What I would like to see:

- New Maps *ofc*

- New Weapons *ofc*

- New Killstreaks *?*

- Load mods when you start connecting to server not when you're fully connected (like CoD4) *stole from banz*

- New UI Elements

- Nightvision

- CoD 4 code that prints your killstreak and prints in kill feed. (Made a mod for it already and sent it to NTA)

- Re-do some of the weapons (i.e. UMP and reduce damage)

 

That's basically my suggestions. Anyone else?

And as you guys mentioned, we could possibly remove that limit or at least increase it. I smell a eureka moment here

If 'we' find the thing that 'breaks' the limit, then yes, I guess.

Crosshairs should not get smaller as you scope in. In other words: The rifle shall be only accurate if youre fully scoped in. And then only after 500ms after you started looking through scope.

Instead of making stupid 0,5s time of not being able to shoot accurately when being scoped in, just increase the scope in transition time by 0.5 seconds?

I like how it was shortly after release of Blops: Same as I said, just without the 500ms.

People don't want their snipers to work slower, or their UMPs to be worse, etc

What about making it a dvar ? newmode/oldmode ?

Ok, I don't even like using ump anymore. It's rate of fire sucks, I guess the game is well balanced, excluding tubes and blast shield not doing crap against it

I must agree with Pigo here.

Plus, if server hosts want to rebalance the game/weapons, they can already do that with a mod (just like banz did on promod 3.3)
