Is their a way to recenter the game window when its in window mode? Right now when i click alt+enter the window is moved down cutting off the bottom of the game.

Hey so i was just frucking around with console commands and somehow i disabled crosshairs,chat(Just doesnt appear) and weapon model's that show up on the ground when youre close to them? Anyone know the commands to restore that ? Edit: Already restored crosshairs by com ui_crosshairs 1

Downloaded the installer, ran it straight away, selected a folder... wouldn't let me install. Tried a folder on the desktop, wouldn't work either... Tried running in administrator, still wouldn't work.. Tried running in compatibility mode for XP SP2, continues to not work. Basically, it keeps telling me to find a valid install path for MW2, and I don't see the problem.

as soon as install IW4M it turned black screen for 3seconds and go back to wallpaper but i cant see the error message how can i solve this prblem? (i cant english ^^

As the title says, my stats from 4d1 pre-update are gone and i'm lvl 1 again. but i seriously dont wanna lvlup again, so how to get my old stats back (prestige 11 lvl 70 everything unlocked)?

The server Quality is just awesome it could'en get better, the server is located in franc and i live in denmark and the servers ping is about 16-32, the server hardware is a a quad core processor (to a cod server!) and you can add him on steam and skype, ist like a live support and he is open to new ideas to his server panel (i did come with an idea and he added it) and other things like that, you always get a answer instandly and he is always friendly to you Rating. Hardware: The hardware is top notch, and it never fails im really happy about it 5/5 Ping/Uptime: They have been some small lag spikes but you will never get a server that dont experience lag…

Hi guys, i've a problem with the third custom class.. if i choose this class i didn't have any weapon. All other custom class are working.

Not sure if I'm missing something, but how would I go about playing these maps? Thanks, Gee. EDIT: I see there's like 2 hosting one of the maps, 0 hosting Burgertown and a few hosting Oilrig. Why is this?

As the tittle says i cannot get any custom maps (oilrig etc) to load using "/devmap mp_mapname". the error im getting is "a mod needs to be running to launch custom maps" any ideas? thanks.

ok...i downloaded the client..and it updated...but when i click on the PLAY IW4M(MW2)..THEN I GET THSS >>>> any ideas?

I always try to join a server but I get this error message. It doesn't matter if the server is modded or unmodded. Please help me!

When ever I start up the game, there is no background music, ANYWHERE. At the title screen, in game, anywhere. Can someone help me?

Seems in unable to join any games that are playing on the newer maps, client just freezes and error appears im pretty sure its because i don't have the new maps. I know there is a place to download them but i can't find the thread anywhere, anyone help me out? Search button tells me "No topics with this subject" when i click it or i would just search for the thread. Ben

Hello, just started to play MW2 again, but I wanted to play from level where I ended before, so I use EAM. But I didn't enjoy playing with this hacked level, so I wanted to start over again, but restart on level 1 didnt work. I try to restart EAM, lowering level, but after every shut and turn on its on the same level I setup on EAM. I try to reinstal the game, but that didnt work too. Can you help me with seting my level to 1, prestige 0? Sorry for my bad english.

Hi guys i sawed a guy online in a server that changed his name , he didnt looked like a hacker or cheater ! , he didnt had a hack , he was really a "noob" for me.... so i thought : "Wait i can change my name ? oO" , he said that he edited his alteriwnet oder iw4m.ini to change name... so my question is Can i change my name without to cheat ?

Hello. Idk if any1 had/have this kind of prob i searched the forum but came up w/ nothing so here is my problem: Whenever i restart mw2 i lose all my stats/levels/weapon classes/etc. Is that happening to everyone? is the (only) way to solve it to use EAM?

Just got mw2, installed it, and also installed 4D1. Then i started the game from the start menu, everything ok, and after 10 seconds, the screen goes 2/3 black and i cant see the error message, only a black box. I would post the error if i could. Can anyone tell me a fix or something? Thank you.

hi, i have mw2, and mw3 legitim on steam. i dont play mw2 on steam because lag and there are not servers. i copy the mw2 files in other folder, and install 4D1 there. now when i launch iw4m.exe in steam status appears: In-game Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. i can be banned from steam for that?? pd:sorry for my bad english

Hi there! I have a problem with my game, as crosshair doesn't show by default (non-hardcore game), so I have to type "cg_drawCrosshair 1" (it says that this command is cheat protected), leave server if I'm connected and then reconnect. Also I happened to have same problem on old AlterIW. Does anybody know solution for this problem? (Fresh installation of MW2)
