dlc4 is realesed in steam . i am wondering 4D1 goona support this new maps or not ?

Hey all, after a search I haven't found a solution. A buddy of mine has two steam accounts with MW3 registered to one of them. Upon trying to launch IW5M.exe he is informed he does not own MW3 etc etc. I'm assuming it's looking at his other account. After a team viewer session I saw he had the MW3 dedi server installed on the second account. I' deleted this but he still gets the error. Have told him to delete his MW3 install both steam ver and 4D1 version and redownload and we will try again. Is this something anyone has come across? Cheer in advance for the help, oh and it's good to be back

Hi all, when i want to install the 4D1 via LaunchIW5M logged in as Admin, i get a error. It was installed perfectly on my previous pc. running Windows 7 64-bit. restarted pc alot times Error on 2%: System.UnauthorizedAccesException: Toegang tot het pad C:\Users\Benjamin\Desktop\mw3'4d1\zone\english\code_post_gfx_mp.ff is geweigerd. thx!

Hello, I saw in MW3 menu "Friends", how can i add friends? i must have steam or something? this game supports steam for adding friends ranking and stuff? Thanks in advantage

Someone know whats the problem?

I have set up a dedicated server but I can't seem to see it in the server browser, neither can my friend. However, I can connect to it with my local IP with the connect command and my friend can connect to it with my external ip using the connect command. Anyone else know a fix or have the same problem? Thanks.

Uh....all of a sudden, my game goes WAYYYYY slow, and when I manage to actually join a server, I have 999 Ping.....I've gone as far as disabling my firewall AND disabling my Anti-Virus, though those have never caused any problems before. I don't know but, this just suddenly started, and it wasn't happening an hour ago.

I just installed IW5 and i got an error that I don't have privileges to play(cheat detected). In the folder of MW3 before was installed Teknogods mod and i think OSHIBKA isued as a cheat.. Can any one help me figure out how to solve this problem? I'm suspended for 4d 14 h 50 min.. TY and sorry if isn't the right place to post this... :shock:

im am having a problem with the unlocker for the elite title and emblem thing. it works fine and unlocks them but whenever i quit they sometimes save and sometimes they dont... is there anything to do so they stick permanently

Hi guys Well after 1 hour I found the solution of my problem and that you have it too about stucking at "Connecting..." So the solution is : 1)Download the tools of Dedicated Server from steam , and about 30 seconds press STOP DOWNLOADING ! 2)Put the MW3 folder you have it already in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3 3)Only cut/copy the folders as zone , main etc... 4)Press RESUME DOWNLOADING (it will updates some stuff) 5)Make a new folder into the MW3 steam folder with name dw 6)Finally enjoy It works

Hello, i have a error. patch_mp.ff is different from the server. In the common error topic it said: 14. patch_mp.ff is different from server. Delete caches.xml and start LaunchIW5M.exe But everytime when I delete caches.xml and start the game caches.xml comes back automatically :shock: what should I do now? Please help!

Hello, Is it possible for the developper(s?) to push an update that would make you able to choose (in a menu option, for example) if you wish to allow the Stalker perk to have its full effect when you hold a sniper ? - "full effect" : I mean the fast movement while aiming down the sight. I would like to keep the delayed explosions ; - "when you hold a sniper" : I do mean hold, not have. If I pick up another weapon (or even with my handgun), I would like the full Stalker effect to come back. I'm asking for a 4D1 update rather than a mod because I do not have a server.
