press enter and stare at it

I cant find my server or connect to it using external IP

Hi There! Today i started creating my dedicated server, it all went well except that no one can connect to it. I connected to server with my internal ip and it worked, but what i wanna know it that what ip should i tell to my friends to connect to the server. And yes the server is portforward. And i tried to give my external ip to them. Now my question, do we have to use steam to make the server funcional?

hey i got this problem i have everything done ports,files, etc. but no one can see my server at the server list the console just keep saying sent heartbeat to iw4.prod.fourdeltaone.net ...can you tell my what is my problem pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssss

give them your external IP and use connect IP:port to get them to connect

if they still can't connect then your port forwarding is wrong

Hey, im having a problem with our 4 Servers. They are running on a 4GB Dual Core Server System and they were running fine, good ping and stuff but sometimes when a player joins, I get this in the console and the server lags extremly for 10sec. Im running a windows server.

now it is every time someone joins or leaved

If I am running 7 servers, can I run them with just 1 copy of mw2?
