edit: OK fixed, i deleted the iw4m.dll then i made a new update

It means the NP server is unreachable at that moment. Try connecting again later.

Jeremych, just a question: where does this DBNetwork.Indigo.dll downloader come from? I know it was also in aIW but, did you (the team) program it yourselves? Are you open to give the source publicly?

I would really like to have the source, but if you don't want I cannot force you xD

You have to ask NTAuthority, he made the updater, but I doub't he will give you the source...

Wasn't it from the DBNetwork Citizen mod for GTA:SA? I have no idea whether NTA made it, however it's quite possible he did. As Jeremych said, you'd have to ask him.

I believe NTA is using libtorrent as a bittorrent based updater. http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/

Redownload the zip file, or just get InstallW4M.exe and install it form there.

Hey, I really searched thoroughly in the forums but didn't find a solution, it keeps saying (steam must be running to play this game) , so please anyone got an idea about how to solve this error? and I'm sorry if there's something else in the forums about this, but I couldn't find anything helpful.

Do I have to download the installer if I just want to update the game? I downloaded the standalone client updater but it doesn't work when I try to run it (I don't know where to put the DBNetwork.Indigo.dll file) help? sorry its a dumb question :/
