Hi, I am new to this forum and wishing to get a good answer. I made my own IW4M server for MW2 and when I go to the list of servers, it doesn't show up. But I can connect to my own server by typing "connect IP:PORT" Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Guys I recently downloaded MW2 but it was in russian and i dont even speak the language I tried changing the language on my own by downloading english files on the internet but no luck and i really dont want to go trough downloading the whole game over again. What are my options? are is there some sort of programs i can use to change it or any link too something that can help? Really appreciate thanks :-l

I keep getting this weird error when starting IW4M: I tried starting 4D1 MW3 and it worked fine, does anyone have a solution to this problem? I've already re-installed 4D1 and MW2, same problem, even restarted my PC.

Hi, this is happening since about a month, starting from after noon, when I try to join a server, I get stuck at setting up game, while in the morning I can join any server normally, now I was trying to connect to different servers as always, I noticed that when I join a server starting with a green ( * ) in it's name (I think that means the server is running using the AlterRev project) it just connects so fast to these servers, setting up game only stays for about 1 sec or less after the map finishes loading, I tired about 10 servers like that and they all connect so fast in all maps, while on servers not starting with green ( * ) it keeps stucking at setting up game as …

What are some ingame serever commands for a server admin like kicking or commands to change maps

So ive decided to try some of the SP maps(boneyard, arcadia, etc.) but when i get to the loading screen either i get "bad weaponinfo" error of somekind, or i get into the game(boneyard is the only one) and have a giant red FX in my face and my gun is up in the air.

So I've been playing alter revolution for awhile now. and basically a friend of mine would like to play.I gave him acces to my steam account (wich has mw2) let him download mw2 and put alter revoluion in it. But he gets a strange error. It says when he starts up : Iw4m.dat has stopped working. Any solutions? I tried deleting all the steam*.dll not the steamapi.dll one and still doesn't work. He has windows vista.

I'm updated on everything, how can I fix this? I was able to play before.

please refer people to download alteriw dlc repository. i have spent hours googling what is said to pull up the dlc on this site, saying search google for iw4 dlc steam or whatever, and it does nothing but bring you in a loop back to these pages yet again, and then fake torrent sites and unreliable sources google thinks might be related. instead of hurting the users and telling them to download something thats impossible to find, just refer to the alteriw dlc repository. its sitting on tpb just fine fast speeds and should have everything you need there.
