My game crashes on startup ever since the update that was released today. However it is only tied to this account, I try with my friends or a side account and it works perfectly on the same computer. Please any assistance would be appreciated, however, do note that I have already gone through the help/fixes thread.

After the update today.. i noticed a new friends option in the main menu.. But i have no clue how to use it.. Or what is it for?? anybody help...

Hello! I have a big question... Why my MW2 run with iw4m.exe and not with iw4m.dat? When i played in AlterIWnet, i used iw4m.dat and my game runed very fast (high FPS) but now... with iw4m.exe my game run with slow FPS. So, Me and my friend wants to play on the same server and the servers he plays in i cannot find them in my Server List. I checked the FAQ of IW4M and also have Legacy Server on and with every other filter but it seems that i cannot find all the servers. My Revision is IW4M3.0 - 103 and it looks likes its a problem at my end.

Can someone help me how to solve this problem??? Its not the server, its not the game but it is something wrong with my router/modem . When i play via F4D1 i got this error but not alterrev m2 :cry: . So maybe i can port forward??? i tried to disabled my firewall and it couldn't solve the problem. Hope you can fix this issue As Soon As Possible because i don't like to play via arev m2 , their server always down :cry:

How do we add friends to the new friendlist ?

I have problem on my server under latest revision in revision 91 is all works fine watch the screen [attachment=1]revision_91.png[/attachment] but under latest revision i have problem with showing information about server watch the screen [attachment=0]revision_102.png[/attachment]

When i launch IW4M it will last for few seconds and then an error will pop up.Please help!

Can someone give me a WORKING level hack? All those others suck, the whole time, if i restart my game, my stats are reseted...

As the title says, I'm having some trouble with FPS. When I'm in a room or in a closed area, it's 60 (com_maxfps is 125). If i start moving, it goes down to about 40/50. On maps like Afghan, it doesn't go beyond 30. Now, you'd say "well, lower the graphics". Thing is, on steam the game works smooth and with no FPS drops at all. Graphic settings are the same, my PC can handle MW2 without troubles and I keep all the quality settings to extra (only anti-aliasing is off) on a 1680x1050 resolution. Hi, I have an error that is killing me, and I tried everything to try and fix it, but nothing is working, I posted 2 times but no one helped or even bothered to reply XD, anyway now I have like 3 or 4 folders of the game, just trying to run anyone of them and nothing works, and both errors show up on the start of the console (i.e. before the game even starts in a right way), on one of them I get this error And another copy of the game when I run it it gives me this error So please anyone can help me on getting any of those two copies running??? I'll be very thankful.

Hey I've played now on many servers (with ping 20-40) and I noticed that the hitboxes are slightly different than these on aIW, more laggy. IT'S NOT a fact it is just my feeling about it. So as an example: I run behind the wall and die in the killcam right before I reached the wall. Is it only me or is someone else experiencing the same thing?

I'm hosting a few MW2 servers on my Ubuntu 10.04 machine (x64), and after r97 was announced I started using the 4D1 client for my servers again (instead of aRev). Since then I have experienced a strange kind of lag/delay on my servers while the CPU usage is always less than 25%. The connection and Ram aren't the cause either. I even tried taking a few servers offline, but no succes. Hi! I did install Hamachi and when i run the game i press "Windows" key and than I copy IPv4 address of my friend and go in game console and write for example "connect 168.43.43." and nothing happend.. Only when we are in private match, than we both can play.. How to fix that?
