Since Yesterday I'm unable to see ingame chat. the commands cg_chattime and cg_chatheight won't work for this problem, but at least im able to see the chat if i press tab. Anyone knows how to fix that?

Like I read before on another post which was saturday I also have the problem of the fetching. Is this problem fixable? I cant join games now.

Whenever the server changes to a DLC map, the game crashes for me and many others. Is there a solution for this?

So we cant rank hack? what if we played the proper mw2. can we take our stats from there?

I am able to play the client version. Haven't figured out the dedi portion yet. Do I need to have a steam account for the dedicated server if it resides on a separate computer from the client? If so, that means I have to own a steam authorized version for EACH server I want to operate? Thanks, Kelso

Now my question: How can i run Mods at 4D1? fs_game doesn't work 4 me and i don't know why.. :| Example: I typed in my console "/fs_game neros trickshot mod". But then i get an error like this -> ERROR: Invalid server value 'neros trickshot mod' for 'fs_game' <- :?: Or i'm just too dumb 4 that. Sorry about that! lol :roll:

Ok so when I get to level 4 and finish my match. I go to make a class, and it says disconnect from steam. It does this every time I boot the game up. Then after 10 mins it puts me back to rank 2. Any reason behind this?

I have heard that the stats will be stored server-side, so therefore using setplayerdata to give experience shouldnt work in the future, but for now, while this project isnt fully ready yet, are we allowed to use it? Also a stats reset would be nice b4 (if) you change to server side exp.

Never had this issue before, this is the first demo it has happened to; It'll play through about 30 seconds of the demo and this'll pop-up. Any info on this or how I can fix it?

So when will the old servers come back? Meaning zombie mod, iSnipe, and all dedicated servers.

Hey, the timescale in Cod4 was 1.0, in MW2 the timescale is really buggy. When i playback a demo, its standart, then i press my Hotkey for a faster timescale (15.0) and when i press the standart again (i think its 1.4 or something like that) its much faster than it was before. difficult to explain. :?

Every time I launch iw4m.exe it says I need a steam account with MW2 to play, which I do, and I currently have open. The one time I did get into game I clicked play and each time it said disconnected from steam... Help? I even just freshly installed the game from DVD and updated it. I can launch MW2 through steam just fine and play, but the alter mw2 wont let me log on :/

Hey, Im sure some of you noticed this aswell. On a few Servers it feels like you are playing with a Ping around ~300 though the ping is really good. Anyone got a fix for this ? greetz rechyyy

I have the german version of the gema and translated it means: ""receiving lists refreshing rank and unlocked objects successful connecting with IWnet successful"" Please help me...
