When I try to download IW4M, my Norton always says " this file could harm your computer" then it deletes it, what do u do? I really want I play.

Okay well, I quit for 4 months and when I came back I was playing Black Ops 2 and what not, and my friend asked me to play 4d1 and I said sure, so I re downloaded 4D1, and logged in fine. I played last night, and this morning and all of a suddon I started to lag, and it crashed on me. I tried to open it again and it was getting my rank and stuff and it wouldn't go back to by 9th Prestige Lvl 70, and it stayed at Lvl 1. When I tried to open it again, it gave me the error, "cannot find specified location error" box, so I deleted and re downloaded 4D1 again.. but this time it wouldn't log me in, I knew for a fact that it was the right login. Yup i can play the game dwnloaded from Aviaro.ro and i have the code pre gfx in the zone/english file. When i try to launch the PlayIW4M (Modern Warfare 2) it opens the console and says the Code Pre Gfx ERROR Dont know what to do PLEASE HELP and im using IW4 for mw2 NOT IW5 ..

hi all. i couldnt find any fools guide to iw4m, so pleae be patient.. i got steam running, pointed steam to the iw4 launcher, downloaded iw23, the game successfully initialises, and then after 10 seconds or so crashes and freezes, so i cant even read whats on the error dialog. anyone had similar case, or can just supply with with an a-z help? thanks

I come back with another problem. I reached again 12 level after going back to zero, I was playing fairly well when I killed someone and I reached level 70. I recall seeing on the screen something about "XP bonus" before that. What could possibly cause that? Can I get my rank back? Or will it be reset to zero again?

hey guys i am having an issue, my keyboard is gone for a while and i wanted to play mw2 and i also have a laptop with windows 7 but only limited account accessible by me so i wanted to ask , can i play mw2 by copping the files to the laptop and also i am having a direct x error and being a limited user, i cannot install direct x , will copping dll file can fix it.

As I have tried creating my own dedicated server, which, unfortunately, no-one can see in the public-server-list, I am interested to know what is needed for my server to be 'visible'... (you know what I mean). So do I need to buy a server, make sum setups, or what? I'm just curious, if I need €/£/$ to buy something, then I'm completely sure I even won't do it... I brought new laptop with Nvidia GT 650m and it can run Bf 3 on maxed. It really neat laptop. However I tried install iw4 from steam and put Launchiw4m. It updating on something like maps or other. However, it pop up "These game files were not updated: .\blueSystem.log, .\blueSystem.log You may have connection problems. I clicked ok and it showed me Username and Password and I put my user and pass then it popped: "Wrong username/password." I went back to my old desktop and test my account and it worked. -- Problem Sloved -- Thank to Lmaobox from IRC chat for fix my problem.

When I connect to a server I get the server is for low ping players only error. The problem is that this happens with every server including one that for my is only 7 ping! Any ideas why this is happening?

I start my game (Play IW4M (Modern Warfare 2) and suddenly this shows up: Error during initialization: Could not connect to NP server at iw4.prod.fourdeltaone.net Would this mean that the server is down or that my internet fails?
